Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

What happens when you delete your account?

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently deleted:

Personal information: Name, email, phone number and profile data

Equipment and tools: All registered items and their history

RFID data: All associated tags and tracking data

Activity log: Check-in/check-out history and reports

API keys: All API access rights and tokens

Settings: All user preferences and configurations

We process deletion requests within 14 working days in accordance with GDPR.

You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
